    Three years after the events in the first movie called Battle Royale, Shuya Nanahara is a well-known terrorist, leading a group of Battle Royale survivors called "Wild Seven", who want to bring down the government. In response, the government creates the "Battle Royale 2" program, which sends a class of junior-high students to catch and kill the terrorist, who is hiding out on a deserted island.
