I wont say much; the above reviewer said it well and said it nicer than I would.
I don't read any Daredevil comics and I don't know much about him, but after reading this comic, I don't see anthing distinct about him other than him being blind.
If you want to read good crossovers with Batman, just read Batman and Judge Dredd stories. Or Batman Vs Predator.

This story begins with Catwoman stealing a briefcase containing files on the Kingpin. Batman tries to stop the drop off but DD intervenes the Batman's attempt to bring them all in and unwillingly alerts Catwoman. The two masked men take down the goons on the roof but Catwoman gets away after flirting with DareDevil. Turns out the goons were working for Scarecrow. Catwoman evades the costumed heroes search and delivers the files to the Scarecrow. The Batman and DareDevil work togeth...
