Do we think he might might become overexposed? I think we've already passed this point. Don't get me wrong, I'd be happy for an infinite number of Batman comics as long as they were quality, but I'm afraid DC isn't quite doing great with all the titles. Also, there are actually six Batman solo comics counting Legends of the Dark Knight.

Batman has been in the superhero top 3 since 1940!!! No way Wolverine could ever be as overexposed as Batman already has been.

@turoksonofstone: and he has been the top superhero since 1960's (in sales and popularity, I mean there is a reason why Diamond compares comic sales to Batman.

Ar you kidding me, Wolverine outside of comics has been in 4 X Men movies an 2 of his own.

Had been like in 5 tv shows and other things.

Noy even Batman can beat Omnipresent Wolverine, he is everywhere.

Yes he can, he's been in 8 Movies, a Live Action TV series, and several Animated series, as well as Animated films, so I'd say he's been used more in media than Wolverine.

Also I don't care if the companies milk them, I'll just not get anything if I think it's crap

Batman is older that Wolverine, so he is obviously going to have more tv shows and movies, still you have to notice that in less time Wolverine has been part of 6 movies and like 5 tv shows.

If the numbers dont fail me if Wolverine and Batman were equally old, Wolverine would had been in like 18 movies and 15 tv shows.

No because Batman has a supporting cast that rivals his own appeal, Wolverine is just Wolverine.

In Movies Batman is overused because that it seems that Hollywood only knows how to use Batman in DC. Superman is the second the others it just plane roulette. They are close to getting Catwoman but as I said it long way to go. Holly wood need to know they should not have closure to everything some things do happen for no reason.

Marvel still needs work as well. It took three Captain America movies to get his character right. They nearly blew it in the third Spiderman movie and the fourth they did horridly.

In live action TV series. They fail to get powers accurate or fail what the character is suppose to represent. We need to make easy guide for them. Did anyone make forum of that?

No he wouldn't have because Marvel didn't start making films till 2000 anyway, but I get what you mean

Actually no,there are not hundreds of Batbooks first and foremost,Batman himself has always starred in 2 books(Batman and Tec) and he's also had atleast 2 others from the 80's and onwards.Right now he stars in 5 books,in 2 of those Damian is a co-star.

    Not counting JL.

DC has given lots of characters a chance with the New-52,it's not Batman's fault that Mr Terrific or Firestorm didn't do well.

Maybe it is,but Batman is not responsible for the rest of DC.Your argument may hold some weight when it comes to adaptations but in the comics less Batman doesn't mean more something else.

As much as I try to keep Bat-wank to a minimum when I'm around, I don't think Batman can be overexposed. Batman is part of yhe face of DC, has been for decades. Wolverine is just the cash cow of yhe X-Men franchise, not all of Marvel.
