    My opinion is:

    Yes he is greatest hero/superhero. Because - he without any superpower come on the top of the superhero list (Top 50 superheroes)

    ... And because, he fight against Superman, although he don't have any superpower...

    But....he kind of does have powers...Unless every normal human is a genius in every field from criminal psychology to bio-chemistry, knows every martial art ever (ridiculous), has endless amounts of money to support an arsenal of everything from grapnel guns to jets, can jump like twenty feet in the air, blah, blah, you get what I mean.
