You're welcome.
It was a serendipitous synergistic meeting of Bruce's childhood and current situation. And if say a hawk, turtle, kite, your momma or shoe had thrown through that window then just maybe we'd have Hawk Man or Turtle Man or Kite Man or Your Momma Man or Shoe Man but luckily it was a bat!
@CitizenBane: i think we should have thrown a random animal, like a jaguar or a horse through the window then
I believe it's never been fully disclosed. Bob had set him as Bird-Man, and generated from a different character archetype prior to it, one mainly resembling a dog which mirrored the usual popular cartoon trope of the time, Mickey, Goofy, ect. The creative teams at the time fully admit however a complete take off the Shadow, and that character being an inspiration for " Bird-man" and in the novels they point to as inspiration their is a gross amount of bat references. Some believe this to be the inspiration proper, the only one in writing however was they looked in a dictionary at a picture of a bat, and used the ears for the characters cowl, whose originally looked dog like and the rest went from there.

In Year One Bruce takes it like a "message" of his father or something alike
In Year One, a bat crashes into his study, which he takes as a message.
I think you meant to say that.

he choose a bat because of a child hood encounter with them he was scared of bats and he over came his fear and became batman
Clearly Zoom should go back in time and throw a gold fish through the window@CitizenBane: i think we should have thrown a random animal, like a jaguar or a horse through the window then
