I don't know too many TV actors but John Hamm seems like a natural choice, for a younger Batman I think Richard Madden could've been good. Urban or Elba would be beyond awesome though.

Mads Dittmann Mikkelsen would be a better fit, not only that he has made some weird action movies where he is the star and he is actually pretty good screen fighter

I can see him as Terry McGinnis rather than Bruce Wayne so if they did a live action Beyond series I wouldn't mind seeing him play Terry.

He actually looks more like Damian than Terry.
