Probably Spider-man, in terms of physical abilities. But Batman in terms of lifestyle.

Spider-man. Has more fun, has powers, is still a genius, and now he has his own company just similar to Bruce, even though he doesn't know anything about I or how to manage it.

This. Otherwise I'll still rather be Bruce/Batman than Spider-Man.

I would rather be Batman with all the money, specialized training, martial skills, super tech, peak human perfection, and super genius level intellect. Then I'd use my insane resources to acquire a radioactive spider. Now, if a radio active spider turned Peter and Miles into 20 to 30 ton powerhouses, I'm presuming that the spider bite would turn someone like Bruce into even more of a badass (this is all baseless speculation) due to him not being a weakling to begin with. Maybe I become a 40 to 50 ton powerhouse with 50 times the speed and reflexes of the average man. Finally, I'd wear the Beyond suit which amps the strength and durability stats of the wearer by ten, and grants flight as well. If the amps are multiplicative, then using my lowest estimate of 40 tons, the suit would place me in the 400 short ton range.....unstoppable.

My answer is best of both worlds, but if that's cheating, and I can only choose one, I'd rather be Batman. He's capable enough to not require super powers to be a hero, and he's a billionaire. That sounds good to me.

Mh. Bruce is rich, but maintaining his physical abilities takes soooo much effort. Of course If I were Bruce I would stop crimefighting and retire, what did I raise all these kids for over the years. So Bruce unless that means I keep his fanatism, then I take Spidey.

Batman. Then i'd hand over my cape and cowl to Dick and leave Gotham forever.
