He would probably divide it beetween the Robins and Alfred would be some sort of "fortune keeper". He would take care of the mansion, monet and the Robinson would be allowed to take from there as much as they're want

First, Tim is definitely getting Wayne Enterprises. He's already been named heir, and Dick Grayson also becomes a high ranking executive in the company. That's the bulk of the wealth.

Damian may get the rest of it, since he's the "blood-son", as he refers to himself—but Batman wouldn't trust him with the money. He'd probably put it in a HIGHLY secure trust fund. Since Alfred will likely be dead by this point, perhaps his daughter, Julia Pennyworth, will be the one to take up the Wayne butler mantle and guide Damian along.

I haven't read the latest issues but from what I have read, both Jason and Dick are legally dead..So can't be them..Which would mean that damian and tim are left...But what I think would happen is, he would divide the dough equally between all the robins(With offshore fake identity accounts for jason and dick) and alfred with a clause that if someone dies, his portion will be divided among the others...But this would be only for 40 or 50% of the money, rest will be given to charity..

Won't that be cool tho..?? That in the wake of Batman's death, everyone gets greedy and tries to kill each other off to get more money before the hearing..

Depends on the writer, according to Dini/Timm Terry will inherit it, according to Johns Tim but since Johns sucks as a Batman writer, his opinion is irrelevant and he can go eff himself, according to Morrison it's Dick then Damian. Dick has always been complicated because writers cant quite decide if he should permanently step away from Bruce's shadow or be his heir. The last few years have shown a tilt towards the heir side, no doubt as a result of Morrison's run. Jason is either the black sheep or someone the Batfam accepts but he doesn't have any defined place or status.

They're all sons, Dick's tenure will lead to Damian(that's what the books say anyway) well maybe Tim not so much but that's because of Flashpoint.

It depends on who is writing Batman at the time but most writers will choose between Damian and Dick. Those two have been Bruce's successor choices in recent years.

I like to think that Alfred would get half and the other half would be split between Dick, Jason, Tim, and Damian. I would honestly like to read about this. Would any of the Robins be mad? Would any ask for more or less? Would any deny the wealth? Would Batgirl be upset? Would it raise suspicion that the Wayne's fortune be given to 5 unrelated by blood individuals (except that of Damian and Bruce)?

Would they change costumes, lifestyles, et cetera?

What would happen? Would the JLA have any concerns/gripes?

Well Batman's fortune is multiple:

• The Wayne Enterprise
• Bruce money in bank
• The Wayne Manor (and the Batcave)
• All other things that Bruce owns: sailboad, flats, ...

I don't think Jason Todd nor Dick Grayson would want any of it. Maybe some tools and vehicules as souvenirs but not more.

Well Dick Grayson could become the Batman, but when Bruce dies, Dick might be a bit old for the job and Tim or Damian could do it very well.

Alfred if he's alive, should keep the manor with Damian.

I would see Tim Drake take the Wayne Enterprise, Damian might be jealous but I don't know if it would interrest him.

Officially Damian would probably get everything the public knows about. Bruce probably has some hidden assets set aside for the rest of the family. In my mind, Damian inherits the manor and tries (and fails) leading Wayne Ent and passes leadership to Tim. Dick doesn't want any money as he has always been trying to be his own man so he gives everything Bruce leaves to him to charity. Jason probably spends his on floozies and partying. Dunno what Cass would do with money.

Alfred would be dead while Duke, Gotham Girl and Harper have been shuffled off to comic book oblivion.

Forgot to give my opinion, if Batman dies before Alfred, he'll leave it to Alfred and ask him to let Lucious Fox invert it so that it grows. If Alfred dies before, I can see him leaving it to Dick, Tim, Jason and Damian. He would however put it into Dick's name to make him responsible for it, after all no matter what the ADN says Dick is Bruce's true son. I also see Dick willingly let Lucious Fox invert it considering how the fund that his parents let him grew under Fox's hands. We just have to wait and see what happens.
