@jean199999: He used to be but now not so much.....
I'm going with the less popular vote and say:
Barbara, then Nightwing, then Red Hood, then Red Robin, then Damian
I like all of them tho
- Jason however, the question in the OP doesn't actually apply as Batman(Bruce) definitely isn't my favorite character in any light.
@teerack: I personally don't like it because with him being Red Robin the whole time, it takes away the weight that came with him stepping out on his own. Tim had pretty much everything he cared about stripped from him after Bruce's death, so Red Robin became his way of starting anew, becoming his own man. I took it as just as much a graduation from the title of Robin, as I do Dick with Nightwing.

QFT. If Lobell had some tangible reason for the change he made to Tim's history I might be less annoyed by it but I honestly cannot conceive of a single reason that he might have made the change. It doesn't add anything to the character. If anything it only takes away from him conceptually.
Who's this "Other" character? ;)
Well, whenever conducting a survey/poll one should always give people exhaustive choices (For instance, I wouldnt ask people's favorite color then list only the colors ROYGBIV. There's also Red-orange, fuschia, gold, etc. Hence the need for an "other" category). In this case I realized some people could pick someone like, say, Alfred. Though he's not a superhero he is a Bat-family character and caregiver to Bruce.
How can anyone NOT vote Dickie?
DC and its writers have done a GREAT job making all these bat family characters very interesting. It's not just as simple as Bruce and Dick anymore. I actually think the best thing DC has going for it right now is the amount of Bat books they currently have. I feel like theres just as many Bat books or more as there are X-men titles. Now that is saying something.
@lone_wolf_and_cub: gotcha. Emoticons can be deceiving in their intent.
Leave out living characters, but you put in one thats dead...
Well Damian was part of the Bat family in the new 52. And judging by the response, hes a lot of peoples favorite character.
What living characters in the new 52 did I leave out that are in the Bat familly hmmmm?
@batshrine: @batshrine: Because hes not a member of the Bat-family. Anything else?
@extremis: Well the ones you mentioned but mostly Batwing. Sure Luke was just recently brought in, but I think he officially counts. He is going to work closely with Bruce, so I don't see why not include him.
It should not matter, the other category is there for the ones not included.
