I bought the Night of Owls trade, and while it shows at the end of the book that Lincoln has revealed who he actually is to Bruce, the confrontation isn't there. So did it not happen during the Night of Owls, or...? I hope this isn't a dumb question.

It should have been right before the final battle. However, Bruce did not know where to go until he though Lincoln was dead and only knew after finding some clues.

So, in short, Bruce discovered who he was but Lincoln had to give ratification to said discovery.

It happens in Batman #10. The trade it'll be in is Batman: The City of Owls.
