I cant understand it ! He is character who laughs, smiles, make faces... and writers make him to he lose face ! For what is that ''matter'' whats the point of it ?

Maybe to make him darker and weirder. And also to reniew stories around him ?

I like to think that because Joker has a hyper-realistic personality (as explained in Black Glove) he is aware that the timeline has changed and thus has his face cut off to signify a rebirth of sorts. A rechristening for the New 52 era of comics.

Ever since Joker has been made into this pure insane killer, they have been pushing his insanity through the roof even if it seems out of character. It’s ridiculous.
