What Would You Name A Batman TV Show?
@jumpstart55: Ummmmm.......... As far as I know, there has only been one live-action Batman TV show, unless you're talking about animated shows, too.
@rulerofthisuniverse: Come on man, arent you getting a little tired of Batman being everywhere all the time. I means he conquered video games, Movies, animated movies, animated Tv shows, Comic books 100 times over. Does the world really need another live action Batman TV show.
@jumpstart55: Based on how he's very popular right now, Warner Bros. made Arrow recently, and the last one was cancelled 45 years ago, yeah, they probably could make another Batman TV show and I would definitely watch it. Batman is my favorite character and I'm not sick of high-quality adaptations of him in different forms of media.
@rulerofthisuniverse: Yea hes one of favs as well, but i really don't think he needs anymore Tv Shows. But id be lying if i said i wouldn't watch it.
BATMAN: Zero Year......an origin can be a difficult task for a tv show but who knows......
Nice one.
Wouldn't be too surprised if DC did launch a live action Batman series to compete with Marvel's upcoming Agents of S.H.I.E.LD.
I wouldn't mind some like:
Batman Revelations
Bat Biographies
Gotham Redemption
Vermin Vigilante
For something that focuses more on Bruce Wayne, I'd like something simple like:
Wayne Enterprises
2 Dark 2 Serious
Batman Punches People in the Face
The Dark Knight, no wait, Knight, no wait Dark, no wait The (I mean Arrow, seriously?)
Also, isnt Arrow a low budget Batman show, they only replaced Batman with Green Arrow like they did in Smallville?
I am Batman, a body cop story about Vegeta as a cop that follow the rules and Batman a rebel cop that does whatever he wants, because he is Batman!!!
The Alfred Diaries
That would be the best tv show ever!!!!.
Micheal Caine has said he wants to repeat his role as Alfred, a show about Alfred kicking butt and taking names.
Plain and simple: Gotham
I think it'd be cool if we got a live action show that was not just about Batman. Perhaps a rotating cast. One episode centered around Batman. Another centered around the Birds of Prey, or the GCPD, or a villain, or Batwoman.
Truth is, we've seen too much Batman in media outside of comics. Batman has a superb supporting cast so I'd love to see something that explores characters who are close to the Caped Crusader rather than center it on just him.
So far I think it's a tie between "My Parents Are Dead" and "Batman Punches People in the Face."
And now with his Spinoff:
Catwoman kicks people in the B@lls IN IMAX HD 3D!!!
Awesome names and agree with what you said about Arrow. A Batman/Vegeta crossover would be so cool!
@rustyroy: Not the only one, here many people have talked about this, saddly there i no thread about it.
I mean, they copy Nolan so hard it makes really hard to enjoy Arrow without asking when is Bale going to get into the show and take control.
Caped Crusader
@rustyroy: House of Wayne sounds good.
Thanks.
how has arrow copied tdk
I hope this is a joke.
I mean how many times we have to talk aboutthis subject until people notice is Begin with Green Arrow on it.
I kinda see it but show me your point of view. examples please
Why do you need examples? Its clearly similar to Begins and other Batman comics, majority of the villains are Batcharacters and the producers told the writers to read Batman Cult (not too sure if its cult or another series), the only thing keeping them from using major Batcharacters is WB.
