Technically he could do what ever he wanted, that's kind of the point of the IG.

He would stop crime, suffering, bring his parents back, and also bring the kryptonian's parents back.

Pretty sure he'd make the same decision both Tony Stark and Reed Richards did when they had it, and that'd be to do nothing and give it up, as though he could create a perfect world it'd be changing the way the world is in an unnatural way. Hell, he pretty much chewed out Hal during Final Night for even suggesting doing such a thing, so I doubt he'd do it.

He'd restore Peter Parker as Spiderman.
