I think I enjoy his art because it's actual art, if that makes sense.

It's not like he's drawing just to get the thing drawn. When you draws it, he usually wants it to have some sort of meaning, whether it's overt or covert, or have little details that accent the situation. Some great examples are the reflections in Red Hood's dome and general environmental features.

You realize art is entirely subjective right? You don't have to like something if something else does, or vice versa and mix/match.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

...except when it comes to Sorrentino's art, if you don't like it GTFO!....jk

I personally can't stand his art and wish they would get a new artist. It too colorful. Gotham is supposed to be Gothic.
