Would Batman kill too?Would he leave criminals die too?

It is accepted. It's just not applied to most of Batman's villains because they're insane.

He does not kill out of conviction. It has nothing to do with what is legal and what is not. Guns are legal but he does not use them.

Bribes would probably elevated, a lot... And henchmen would be in a lot of hot water.

Batman still wouldn't kill, he leaves it to the courts to decide the criminals ultimate fate.

Whilst he may respect certain laws,he certainly doesn't follow it,he has his own codes and conducts regardless of the law he works outside the law.
