What if Batman had extremis?
How would it change the dc universe?
- I don't believe that it would have a universal effect.

Batman would simply be all the more powerful. But I don't think the changes to his powers/abilities would make a huge amount of changes. But he would certainly be able to defeat those opponents that everyone current questions if he could defeat (Shiva and Slade come to mind).
He probably wouldn't even use it, he has plenty of armors he ignores. He is just too attached to his grapple hooks and Batarangs.

Yeah...that is totally true. And that is one of the most frustrating things about Batman. He has the gear but never uses it because I think the writers worry about making him too much like Iron Man or that it would take away his human aspect.....
@thejman251: Yes.
@thejman251: Yes.
- If that's the case, then this would basically make Batman a meta.
- Hence, i wouldn't be impressed if he needed to do this to beat Shiva or Slade.
EDIT:
- This is assuming that he would actually use it.
The Batcave and the Watchtower would be impossible to get into cause he'd just talk to the defense systems or make them always improve them. He'd be a beast.
It'd be very cool if he uses it.
@thejman251: Slade is also a meta.

Yes, i'm aware.
@batshrine: its a superdrug that make Tony a part of his armor. his brain is a computer, and he control technology technopathically. he also has a healingfactor and his armor is in his body and can "grow out" of his skin.
he is a weary, WEARY advanced cyborg.
The only thing I could think of that could compare to it slightly would be when he was doing Banes Venom back in the day because he failed to save someone (I think) and that didn't turn out so well for him...but knowing Batman he'd make a good movie adaption of the storyline unlike that "great" movie everyone calls Iron Man 3
