i want to see one where batman and his rogues all have the same origin up to a point. where bruce wayne witnesses his parents murdered and grows up into the batman but is a near joker level sociopathic killer that is just as every bit as competent as a heroic batman. where the villains joker, poison ivy, harely quinn, bane, freeze, cobblepot(penguin) become a band of heroes instead of baddies by the same events.

Sounds interesting, but I would reduce the heroes on one of them, his arch-enemy Joker. The crazy superhero against the cold, calculating villain.

Isnt that pretty much earth-3 though? (except for some stuff)

oh no much darker and vicious then earth 3. no mafia of evil super heroes. batman meets american psyhco (hey same actors).

That's pretty much what Grant Morrison did with JLA: Earth Two a few years back. It was the same concept as the old earth 3 but modernized and set in the Anti-matter universe since there was no longer a multiverse. It was a loosely the basis for the movie Crisis on Two Earths. It's a really great read if you get the chance.
