Great suggestions! I completely agree about Harley Quinn. I think all of her songs would be very love-sick, but kinda manic. I've forgotten about Scarface and Firefly. How about these?

You kiddin' on Scarface? He probably requests, no; demands, music to reflect his casual lifestyle; loungin' with his boys, "eating" spaghetti, swanky places like his old club, or in Penguin's Iceburg Lounge. Change the ambience even one inch to the left; he'll probably shoot, riddle ya'.
Or don't change the ambience an inch to the left, and he'll probably riddle ya'. :) Mighty Mighty Bosstones has a bit of that 20s feel to it, but it's far too contemporary for him, really. Who knows, though? :)@cosmo111687 said:

Yeah, I can see Harley plugging-in to and loving Girl's Just Wanna Have Fun while out with Catwoman and Ivy. While Catwoman and Ivy probably just want to abandon her once and for all.Adding to Harley's: Girls Just Wanna Have Fun - Cyndi Lauper Lollipop - Chordettes (as crazy as she is, hoping she has atleast enough sense to do better than "KE$HA") Adding to Penguin: Classical music, in general; something light, classy, to go with his reading of poetry.
I don't think she'd like Kesha, but you know people can only give artists and music that they know. And not many people know songs outside of Kesha. She's not bubbly/zany enough. Harley would sooner like Bjork's early stuff or bubbly sort of songs like Girl's Just Want To Have Fun, I think. But, for what it's worth, I can see where they're coming from. :)
Batman: Steve Jablonsky - Battle Need I explain why?
Robin: Linkin Park - Pts.OF.Athrty Robin hates following directions, and loves to be in charge. Always questions someones authority.
Batgirl: Lacuna Coil - Our Truth Don't know, this one just seemed right.
Catwoman: Lykke Li - Get Some C'Mon, this is Catwoman we're talkin' about. Actually, I got this song from her Arkham City trailer.
Joker: Mindless Self Indulgence - Lights Out Joker is more twisted than the band that makes this song. A great match.
Harley Quinn: Evanescence - Haunted Harley is haunted by Joker's presence. She is brainwashed into thinking that she loves joker and can't leave.
Bane: Disturbed - Liberate Who doesn't want to liberate and smash something.
Poison Ivy: Amy Winehouse - You Know I'm No Good Dude, she's no good.
Ventriloquist/ Scarface: Chester Bennington - System Scarface is always in Ventriloquist's head and needs to get out of his system somehow. He torments hims and that goes great with the atmosphere of this song.
Mr. Freeze: Clint mansell - Dead Reckoning Listen and discover why.
Hugo Strange: Clint mansell - Lux Aeturna Epic and endowing.
The Penguin: Steve Jablonsky - Sam at the Lake Hah, like penguins and this song, put them together and voila!!!!
Two face: 2Pac - Got My Mind Made Up He does NOT have his mind made up.
Scarecrow: Sunny Day Real Estate - Seven Dark and enchanting, just like his dreams.
The Riddler: Emiliana Torrini - White Rabbit Riddler is all about chasing clues, sorta like Alice and her rabbit.
Huntress: Crawling - Linkin Park She's easily the angriest person you'll ever meet.
Lady Shiva: Kung Fu Fighting - Carl Douglas Just for lulz.
