Ra's al Ghul, Hush, and Red Hood, fine. Man-Bat, Bane, Joker, and more that I can't think of at the moment? Too much.
Batman
Character » Batman appears in 23537 issues.
Bruce Wayne, who witnessed the murder of his billionaire parents as a child, swore to avenge their deaths. He trained extensively to achieve mental and physical perfection, mastering martial arts, detective skills, and criminal psychology. Costumed as a bat to prey on the fears of criminals, and utilizing a high-tech arsenal, he became the legendary Batman.
Way too many villains know BATMAN's identity.
It has never been established that Joker knows his identity and it is fine in the hands of the stated
Ra's and Bane have far to much respect to harm him with that knowledge
Man-Bat is his boy
Hush is on a leash
Red Hood has nothing to gain by spoiling and deep down respects Bruce to much
Considering how big Batman's rogues gallery is that ain't very many. I don't think the current Azrael knows Bruce Wayne is Batman, and I wouldn't class him as a villain just yet. The Red Hood is Jason Todd who used to be Robin so he really doesn't count. The Riddler figured it out but doesn't remember for now. There's Catwoman but she's really not a villain per-say, she's not bad, just drawn that way (lol). If the Joker knew Batman's identity he'd go after his family and friends just to torture Bruce, he might not go blabbing it around but he'd definitely target them.
Don't forget Catwoman of course, and since Gotham City Sirens, both Poison Ivy and Harley at least know that Bruce Wayne was Batman at one point.
Doesn't the Riddler know as well? I thought that he figured it out, but was tricked/conned by Bruce into never revealing it. Pretty sure he said "What good is a riddle if everyone knows the answer?"
But yeah I agree that guys like Ra's or Bane wouldn't reveal it out of respect, and the Joker just won't for some reason.
I agree that red hood and ra's (usually) show him too much respect to do anything with it, and that hush can be an exception. Man-bat and bane i feel are too much. Speaking of man-bat, BATMAN does not need ALL THESE ALLIES.
Catwoman has been trained not to reveal his identity by talia, so harley and ivy are in the dark.
i thought with all that happened with "oberon sexton" that the joker actually knew that batman was at least tied to the waynes, if not that bruce was batman.
Killer moth knows but he got shot in the head went through surgery and they had to remove where recent thoughts were keep.
Yeah, Riddler DOES know." Doesn't the Riddler know as well? I thought that he figured it out, but was tricked/conned by Bruce into never revealing it. " Azrael? "He's an anti-hero, not a villain.
Riddler lost the fact that he remember bruce wayne was batman, during infinite crisis shining knight bashed the mace up against his head. So he spent that year in a coma and when he woke up he didn't remember, but he did remember recalling knowing something imoportant about bruce wayne. Now I'm pretty certain he hasn't remembered it, but he'd be pretty dumb not to figure it out since bruce made his announcement.

"Yeah, I still don't know what the hell Bruce is thinking with this whole Batman Inc idea.
" @ReverseNegative: A ton of villans have throught ruce was batman and he tricked them, this weak excuse they should be able to figure it out.It wasn't really executed very well "Yeah, wel you have to also think of Batman comic continuity. Look at Nightwing and Robin's masks.
Villains would have to be pretty moronic not to figure it out. I guess Morrison is not as clever as he is made out to be, to leave such a gaoing hole in the story
Seriously. Two-face, with his experience with Batman in and out of the cowl, should at least figure it out.
I don't like all these people knowing his identity, and I allready felt there were too many allies that knew, but Morrison's Inc. thing sucked.
