Its hard to believe The Dark Knight is so old and still kickin' some serious criminal ***. Batman, is, when thinking about it, the best hero. He is driven, doesn't have any powers yet can kick Superman's butt through shear intellect. He also is one of few heroes to have enough willpower to be a Green Lantern. Now of course in the comics Batman isn't 73, but still he survives, just like a lot of heroes have. The difference? Batman Doesn't survive through awesome "SUPER-POWERED" stories he survives through good one. I don't think any hero has as many good stories as Batman. So here is a discussion On what's Your Favorite Batman story.

You should know, there are many classic characters who are "older" than Batman - of course, Superman, Sherlock Holmes, Tarzan, Buck Rogers, the Phantom, Flash Gordon, Dick Tracy...

One of my favorites, I would say, Batman 400, where it's Batman, Robin, whom was then Jason Todd, Catwoman, and towards the end Talia - against a virtual who's who of the first forty-seven years of Batman Villainy - the Joker, Penguin, Riddler, Killer Moth, Killer Croc, Poison Ivy, Scarecrow, Catman, Deadshot, Black Spider, Cavalier, Mad Hatter, Dagger, and last but not least, Ra's Al Ghul, whom also unleashed a bunch of others loose unto Gotham, cameos of Two-Face, Mister Freeze, Crazy Quilt, Night Slayer, TweedleDee and TweedleDum, Captain Stingaree, Doctor Double X, Mirage, Black Mask, Calendar Man, Signalman, Doctor Phosphorus, Clayface III, and Mirror Man.

Shame still, Batman never was given a proper 70th birthday celebration, no "Batman 70" logos, unless "Battle For the Cowl" was considered it, which was a dreadful story in its own right....shame, Batman turned 70, and Bruce was too "dead" to be there celebrating it.

My favorite Batman stories are The Killing Joke, Tower of Babel, The Long Halloween, Hush, Knightfall, Year One, The Dark Knight Returns, Mask of the Phantasm, and The Dark Knight Trilogy.

Oh, fun fact: According to Paul Dini, Batman's 33 years old: "It's how old Jesus was."
