I'm confused as what the basis of this OP is. Are we supposed to pick what would make him the most overpowered character out of this list or are you just saying if he had all of that it would make him the best? Plus some of those things don't make sense since they have nothing special about them such as the Hulks purple shorts or the Punishers logo. If you want Batman to be the most powerful and overrated character he would need one of two things: To be kryptonian or to wield a Green power ring. Everything else would be void.
