Bruce Wayne, who witnessed the murder of his billionaire parents as a child, swore to avenge their deaths. He trained extensively to achieve mental and physical perfection, mastering martial arts, detective skills, and criminal psychology. Costumed as a bat to prey on the fears of criminals, and utilizing a high-tech arsenal, he became the legendary Batman.
Wait so there was a comic book where a man with a gun killed people in a theater that was playing a batman movie?Talk about being prophetic.
That, or he just read it and decided to make it real.
Why doesn't anybody try to make batman real?I'm disappointed.
But seriously, why would he re-enact such an obscure comic book scene where there were other things he could have re-enacted from comics.
Because The Dark Knight Rises was coming out, so there were bound to be a lot people. The majority would be teens and families, so less chance of resistance. No security. People sitting down with only 2-3 exits, so it would be easy to shoot them when they try to leave. Plus, he targeted The Dark Knight for a reason, it would only make sense. Then again, it's most likely a coincidence.
