Bruce Wayne witnessed the murder of his billionaire parents as a child, swearing to avenge them. He trained extensively to achieve both mental and physical perfection, mastering detective skills, martial arts, and criminal psychology. Costumed as a bat to prey on criminals' fear and utilizing a high-tech arsenal in his crusade to rid Gotham City of crime, the legendary Batman was born.

I thought someone should start this since there were so many serious and funny quotes in the movie. Don't read em if you haven't seen em!
Here are some of my favs:

Vigilante: "We're here to help!"
Batman: "I don't need any help."
Crane: "That's not my diagnosis."

Vigilante: "What makes you different from us?"
Batman: "I'm not wearing hockey pants."

*the Joker reveals a bunch of grenades beneath his jacket*
Joker: "Now lets not blow this out of proportions."

Joker: "I just want my phone call..."

Gordon: "That was a very brave thing you did Wayne."
Bruce: "What... running a stop light?"

Bruce: "Do you think I should go to the hospital?"
Gordon: "You don't watch the news very much do you?"

i have to say that my favourite quotes are

"Because he's the hero Gotham deserves, but not the one it needs right now... and so we'll hunt him...because he can take it...because he's not a hero... he's a silent guardian, a watchful protector... a Dark Knight!"

"Sometimes the truth isn't good enough, sometimes people deserve more. Sometimes people deserve to have their faith rewarded."

"You either die a hero...or live long enough to see yourself become the villain."

"I'm a dog chasing cars. I wouldn't know what to do if i caught one. i don't have plans. I just do things. I'm not a schemer."

and finally (haha)

Alfred: "Will you be taking the Batpod sir?"
Bruce: "In the middle of the day? Not very subtle Alfred"
Alfred: "The lambourgini than, much more subtle"

The Joker: "Where do we begin? A year ago, these cops and lawyers wouldn’t dare cross any of you. I mean, what happened? Did your - did your balls drop off? Hmm?"

You think that your client, one of the wealthiest, most powerful men in the world, is secretly a vigilante who spends his nights beating criminals to a pulp with his bare hands…and your plan is to blackmail this person? ... Good luck.

Alfred: I suppose they'll wanna lock me up, too, as your accomplice.
Bruce: Accomplice? I'm gonna tell them the whole thing was your idea.
