Nice collection, I shouldn't be on here commenting since I can't really give you a list order, but Batman Year 1 to start out with.

I got a flipping massive collection of Batman comics. My friend has given me more I haven't even seen before.

In fact I have some issues that do not appear on this comicvine website. How do I get them added on? I have one from my friend which includes Gunhawk and Deathstroke both trying to snipe Gothams rich.

Is batman private casebook good?

I'd read Batman & Robin: Batman Reborn first, it's probably my favorite of the books you listed.

  1. Batman Year One
  2. A Death in the Family
  3. The Killing Joke
  4. Nightwing Year One
  5. JLA One Million (seems kind of random here, but whatever. Doesn't matter when you read it, but it was in the 90s so here or after War Game would be a good place)
  6. War Games
  7. Batman Under the Hood
  8. Teen Titans: Family Lost (I'm assuming this one is where Todd fight Drake, otherwise it doesn't matter when you read it. Though being before infinite crisis it definitely comes before Batman and Son. But like I said, it doesn't really matter if the latter is the case.).
  9. Batman and Son
  10. Batman RIP
  11. Final Crisis (Read AFTER Batman RIP.)
  12. Whatever Happened to the Caped Crusader
  13. Batman and Robin/Must Die
  14. Justice League Rise and Fall (Which I hate, but I digress)
  15. Batman: Return of Bruce Wayne

The rest I don't know, but I'd assume they're somewhere between 6-7.

@moneyshotz: It may be difficult to follow but I know there is a website called "dcuguide" (type it in google) which has a chronology for DC comic characters. The Batman chronology is massive but it does show the order in which stories should be followed. Of course no matter what it says, Batman Year One is the first read.

The two Gotham Central books are great(particularly Joker's and Madmen) Joker with a sniper rifle truly is a frightening concept.(Gotham Central is set after War Games)
