Which Batman do you like best?
Batman
Character » Batman appears in 23535 issues.
Bruce Wayne, who witnessed the murder of his billionaire parents as a child, swore to avenge their deaths. He trained extensively to achieve mental and physical perfection, mastering martial arts, detective skills, and criminal psychology. Costumed as a bat to prey on the fears of criminals, and utilizing a high-tech arsenal, he became the legendary Batman.
Terry McGinnis or Bruce Wayne
Bruce Wayne > Dick Grayson >>>>>>>> Terry McGinnis
Have to admit though that I haven't watched Batman Beyond, but from all the clips and screenshots I have seen there's no contest.
Bruce wins 11/10 times ....but I'd like to see a young bruce in a Beyond suit cause I love the suit.
@fallschirmjager: @viperking: @kangaxx_54: @batmannflash: Come on guys, you know Terry is the superior Batman.
O! M! G! I just had a great idea! What if.. get this, what if the Riddler transferred his mind into Bruce Wayne's? Isn't that just the most amazing idea you ever heard?!
I like Terry more, but Bruce is obviously the best Batman.
But really I prefer Terry & Bruce together as they make a great team, with Terry doing the fieldwork as Batman while Bruce acts as his mentor and handles the detective side of things.
@thewolverine04: Terry isn't as skilled as Bruce. The only edge Terry has is his technology. Bruce Wayne has more depth, a longer history, better villains, better allies, and just overall cooler.
@thewolverine04: Terry McGinnis has better resources, gadgetry, and technology with incredibly capable suits. That is what he relies on mostly as Batman. Bruce Wayne relies mostly on his analytical mind, detective skills, genius intellect, escape artistry, martial arts, physical training, and peak human conditioning. He simply has shown himself to be incredibly capable without any of his tools. He also has a richer history due to being one of the first heroes. Bruce Wayne is simply the superior Batman.
Bruce Wayne is Batman period. Terry is just some guy wearing a bad Batman costume.
More or less. Bruce wills always be Batman in my eyes.
I do really like Terry as a character, however.

Yeah I liked him as an alternate reality character. He's just now what I expect for the main universe future.
Bruce is Batman, Dick is Batman when Bruce is no more, and Terry is Batmans replacement there's a difference.
Bruce Wayne >>>>>>>>>> Dick Grayson > times a million > Terry McGinnis.
Ouch! Ouch! Your >'s are like razors.
Bruce is cooltastic, so I would choose him. Even in the Batman Beyond series (and comics) Bruce did all the work. If heroes can have henchman, Terry would be one.

Well said.
And anyone saying Terry is better in any form is just stupid.

I got of topic too (mine was a superior spider-man reference joke) but the question was who do you like best, not who was better.
Also don't resort to name calling.

It's not name-calling, it's an appropriate adjective used to describe a person who believes that. Orson Scott Card is a homophobe. That's not name-calling, that's just what he is.
Liking Terry more is fine and a person's prerogative, saying he's better is just stupid.
I know yours was a joke, wasn't talking about you.
@fadetoblackbolt: It's name calling. It's not a statement of fact, it's a baseless insult because someone disagrees with you.
Orscon Scott Card can be considered a homophobe because he has made homophobic statements, which are very easy to quantify.
Someone thinking a different iteration of a character is "better", is not sufficient to class them as stupid. Someone who would try and so on the other hand....
@muyjingo: Please, tell me more. I've never read that kind of comment before.
