There is no back and forth relationship like The Joker and Batman. They have both had AMPLE opportunity to kill each other, and just never have it in them. The Batman needs the Joker as much as the Joker needs Batman.

Thanos is the number one for me. Turned Wolverines bones into spunge, Put an unbreakable glass cube over cyclops face as he shot optic blast and suffocated him, back handed captain america once and killed him. B!tch slapped the hulk and drax at once. Made his a chick for himself and had her behead ironman (my favorite) replaced his brothers mouth with skin so he couldnt talk. Made his grandaughter into a skeleton of rotten flesh and pain but kept her alive to torture her

He's from the Command and Conquer Universe if you don't know him.
