So I started reading Streets of Gotham but honestly the first issue left me unimpressed. It is Paul Dini... But I don't know...

Can anyone on here recommend it? Are there any really good arcs or anything worthwhile in it?

I think what's holding me back are all the Hush related stories. Really didn't like Heart of Hush.

Then Streets of Gotham is'nt for you.It's literally a Hush ongoing,I would recommend issues #9-11 cause they featured an awesome Damian vs Zsasz storyline.

I liked it when it focused on Damian. Didn't really care for the Hush arc.

@Joelislegend: This arc really humanized Damian and showcased how much he's matured.

one of my favorite Batman series. i mean had lots of fun reading it. what i really like about this series is the fact that Batman IS NOT the narrator. it makes him feel more mysterious and interesting. the supporting characters are great and the storyline with Zsasz and Damian was great. it had a great feel to it and the character Abuse was a tragic and great addition to Gotham.

i`m really sorry to see this story canceled after 21 issues cause i had such a blast reading it. i

does reading this series add anything to the whole batman reborn era?

i hadn't really considered reading it before...

i like the dick and damien team, but i never really hear anything about this...

can it just be easily skipped over?

@CitizenBane: not necessarily is it essential... just, is it worth reading if you're a fan of the dick / damien era? or is it way below the quality of the others?

like i say, i just never hear anything about the streets if gotham series.

@NewKid: It's not quite a Dick/Damian book. The first half of the series revolves around Damian mostly, and the second half revolves around Hush and Bruce. Dick's involvement is minimal. The quality is ok, but the Damian stories are better.

I thoroughly enjoyed this series.
