I'd be all over it. Carrie is my favorite novel. I'd love to see him do something with the Joker and Two Face.

I would read it in a heartbeat.

The facts are that King knows how to write, and given the darkness of the Bat Universe, King would write it well. I would like to see a darker take on some Villains to bring them back into the lime-light, for instance, The Riddler, Mister Freeze or even Scarecrow. Yes these characters are know but having a new and DARKER take on them would be amazing. King would do that so well. I would like to see him do the Joker but the Joker has been done before.

    Just my take.

Would King's style suit Batman? I know he can do dark but he'd have to make the story a bit more horrific to work with his strengths in writing.

It will be pretty interesting for me to see what will the tone be and how will the story flow but I don't think King would be a good fit for a comic book writer.

That is why its a rumor, its a urban legend, that is why i put rumors said he did, not well he did it.

    Its a rumor.

Maybe it born for the fact he is a well know Batman fan and he talk about it several times.

In 400 he did the introduction.

Lets see how awesome that would be

    1. Joker would be really f*cked up. Even more than he is now

    2. Possessed Batman

    3. Scarecrow rapes his victims

    4. Every other villain rapes their victims

    5. Clayface ruins childhoods

    6. Joker's main goal is to kill all the Robins

    7. 1000 pages long

    8. Alfreds possessed

    9. Lots of gore

    F*CK YEAH

No one else is interested in a Batman story written by Tyler Perry? where Batman's crazy aunt Petunia stops by Wayne Manor (Aunt Petunia looks suspiciously like Perry in a dress)?

Joking aside, a Batman story written by Stephen King would be tremendous. I don't see any other comic book character he'd be able to write successfully for. Maybe Spawn. (Actually definitely Spawn)

I'd like to see King's take on the Joker, Batman's relationship with Robin, and also if he would shed some light on who he thinks the real person is and which is the mask (Batman or Bruce)

Could be interesting then again isn't Snyder writing the more horror based Batman so guess it would not be that different.
