I am a huge Punisher and Batman fan even though they have conflicting ideals. Without bias I am going to say the logical choice is Batman. The physical feats they have performed in comic strips over the years def leans towards Batman.

Punisher...if he had the powers of superman. Other than that, Batman.

Batman is a peak human, Punisher not. Obviously, Batman is strongest than Frank.

I do not know Punisher well enough to make that judgement...buuuut, bats is peak human...he has fought monsters, aliens...

@FatihBATMAN: Punisher is I believe a marine or something like that, but even with that training it has been made clear that Batman is better than several marines and those even better trained.

Don't know why there compared, apart from protecting cities at night, there totally different and Batman's out of his league, though Punisher might be able to beat Batman on a lazy day.

It is Batman. His training, his knowledge of all forms of fighting, his remarkable agility and his almost superhuman strength makes Batman superior to the Punisher, who only has marine training and relies mostly on guns.
