I'd argue Two-Face's look comes from the way Tim Sale drew him in The Long Halloween.

If dc actually followed Nolan, dc would've gotten rid of all the silly sidekicks and even Dick Grayson would be erased or maybe Dick Grayson will become a cop under Gordon.

He also had a bit of influence from batman the animated series and some of Tim burton's films.

There's definitely been some changes, but Two-Face isn't one of them.

Nolan took he bat-comics,wiped his ass with it,filmed it and hoped no one noticed the shit.
