I know someone's posted this before, anyone have the link?

Not sure how I feel about so many variations of Talon running around (I'd rather he was unique, or at least the head of a hierarchy of assassins instead of one of many), but I'm excited about this story. And it'll be fun to see Tim and Jason integrated in the Bat family directly again.

Same here. I was hoping that Cobb could be the main Talon while all the others were his minions or something like that.

Also, Goatboy is a stupid name for an assassin. Morrison knows how much we want to read the book, so he mocks us with his character names.

@jsphsmth: No I mean someone posted it on here but maybe I just have precognition because I've seen these solicits and people discussing them before...and it wasn't earlier today.

@aztek_the_lost: Are you thinking about April's solicits? entropy_aegis made a similar thread about those.

I mean solicits that had Batwing #9 because I remember a user (chalkshark I think) complaining about what the solicit entailed...I'm now going to go into chalkshark's forum history and prove this to all of you

@aztek_the_lost: No you're right. Someone posted it yesterday.

However, I really don't see the point of Batman, Inc. Its nothing special to me. I prefer when Batman was a character who worked in the shadows and had a shadow following batfamily rather than an International Corps. Destroys the point of Batman.

CBR released the solicits yesterday for the Bat-group

I might drop Detective Comics if the best they can come up with is "Mr. Toxic".

Although this might be a little hypocritical coming from a guy whose favorite Bat-villain is named "Killer Croc".

Scratch that plan, I forgot forum history excludes things posted in blog form which is what people tend to do with solicits...and I realized it was just an article on Batwing #9...sorry for trying to take down this thread in a hostile fashion, I'll remove myself now

Is Daniel's Mr. Toxic better or worse than Morrison's Goatboy?

At least there's a story surrounding Goatboy.

I'll take Goatboy over an army of jobbers like Talon.

Never been unexcited after seeing Batsolicits.

So we get to find out some new info on Gotham and it's "sinister past" with an army of fodder dressed in owl suits getting their asses kicked by every member of the Batfamily? pass.

I'm still holding out hope that there's a main Talon (the one that fought Batman and is pretty cool) and a bunch of jobber-Talons that will fight the Batclan. I can live with a system like that.

Well, at least DC has put out one comic that I actually want to read (Batman Inc). One in half a year. Sigh.

Morrison is probably the only writer that can make a character named Goatboy intriguing.
