My predictions
The comedian in the first episode might be the Joker.
That Penguin is going to hide at Bludhaven for the time being. Maybe try to establish himself there. Could even use Penguin as a code name there and that is how he comes to use the name.
That the reveal of Joe Chill being the murderer of Bruce's parents is going to be a finale like thing.
That Nigma is going to become Riddler because he feels no body appreciates his intellect at the GCPD.
Hugo Strange will be introduced as a profiler/psychiatrist working at the GCPD.
The current DA will be Harvey Dents farther.
Loeb will take over at as commissioner at one point. If he isn't commissioner already maybe he will know Bullock too.
My predictions:
- Penguin will manipulate the Gotham underworld against each other, resulting in Fish Mooney's death (Ozzie is there to see it and uses his squawk laugh for the first time) and takes her place
- Every time a new candidate for the Joker is introduced, one of the past ones will tell him the flashlight joke from "the Killing Joke"
- Hugo Strange will appear
- If the show lasts long enough, the finale will be Bruce (now a young adult) leaving to begin his training to become Batman
I don't think that is a prediction well at least according to Wikipedia he will appear in the series.
