For myself, I did not really cry, but nearly shed a tear over some of the scenes in Batman movies.
The Dark Knight
The ending scene where Batman states that "sometimes, the truth isn't good enough" lines and Alfred was seen burning the letter that Rachel Dawes intended for Bruce. Not sure why that was so emotional to me, perhaps its the ironic fact that the painful truth was hidden from Batman himself while he recites those lines.
The Dark Knight Rises
Alfred's final attempt and plea to stop Bruce from returning to the role of Batman.
Alfred's 2nd breakdown in the finale, when he thought Batman was killed.
Batman: Under the Red Hood
The final scene in the movie, where Batman reminisce the past of Jason Todd's first patrol as Robin - "This is the best day of my life!"
