The impact on my Highschool when the first Batman came out was huge. Much bigger than what we see today. And I was in France. In the US it was even bigger.

Keaton is a Batman so is Bale but the real Batman is Kevin Conroy. I hope Affleck gives us the definitive live action Batman.

His performance just doesn't really catch the character for me. He was okay, not awful. Bale did a much better job though.

I didn't like him as Batman. I thought he did a poor job. He's, at least to me proof that acting doesn't always cover the limitations of oneself. I.E. looks, build, personal vibe

When they go to make dark knight, they gonna to find better actor of previous guys.... they found it and Bale was great :) He do that ! :) But there is still one true... first good batman was Keaton... everything after him was a cr... until Bale arrive... :)

Agreed. The guy was an awesome Batman and probably wanted to be Batman for a couple of more movies. Tbh I'd wouldn't have mind if he came back but I can see why they went for a new Batman.

Adam West was Batman without him the franchise would had died.

The tv show was darker and more serious that the comic from that period.

It had serious and darker episodes.

He faced Bruce Lee and lived.

Who cares for Batman facing Superman, everybody knows Bruce Lee could kill Superman with One Inch Punch in the head.

Surviving being in a room with Bruce Lee is more hardcore that killing Superman.
