I think they look diffrently but the truth is that he used just one armour to fight the talons. Or was he changing his suits while fighting?

It's not actually, they look very different, specially the symbol, the arms and the cowl.
I find really inconsistent the standard armor. Sometimes can take all the bullets it want, recently got a shot by a tank, and now, against the Joker, was damaged by knifes. WTF?
