Do we have a villain with either similar motivations, or methodology as the Jigsaw Killer from Saw?

Yes, Riddler from Arkham City. They should make comic Riddler more like Arkhamverse one.

Riddler is all about how he is the smartest though. Jigsaw is all about appreciating life. Jigsaw targets other people, the Riddler targets Batman. Idk I see them as distinctly different people. Plus good riddles are much harder to write than difficult death traps. I would so much rather see a good writer actually create good puzzling riddles cause that shows so much more skill.

Its a good thing that punishers jigsaw came to mind when I read the title and not the torture porn loser right?

Goddamn it, now I have to watch the whole Saw series over again. -.-

When reading Nightwing, I felt like The Prankster was a play off Jigsaw.
