Since Dick is still going to be Batman, along with Bruce, are we going to get a new Nightwing, or is the role going to be retired?

I don't think we will see someone else become Nightwing because it's not a mantle, it's not meant to be passed on. But then again knowing DC it probably will become a mantle. I think it would be interesting to see Damian mature and take on the mantle of Nightwing.

Because Bruce and Dick are both Batman are their costumes slightly different or exactly the same?

think it would be cool if Damien took up the name, sort of honor Dick in way since he was the only one who took an intrest in him

I say no, no more Nightwing. It's not a mantle that can be passed on, it defies the very kryptonian originss of the name. A man who was cast out of his family took up the mantle, to proove to his  familyy he was as good as any of them. 
 
Nightwing wouldn't work because the whole the Batfamily is closer, the only way is if  someone took up the mantle in honor of what Dick did in his tenure as Nightwing, and the only one I could see doing that is Damian. I don't see Cassandra becoming Nightwing, her relationship with Grayson was rocky.

I'm on the boat here thinking that eventually, Dick would probably return to being Nightwing. I am just looking forward to seeing if how all this Batman Inc. pans out, as we have 2 main Batmen which is just weird still for me.

There shouldn't be, but there probably will be anyways.

The Robin mantle should be retired. From then on Batman's sidekick should be called Nightwing.

Dick won't be Batman forever, he'll go back to being NIghtwing eventually

Would like to see Damian try it for a while...fails, then Dick realizes he has to be Nightwing. And somehow this whole Batman Inc. story line just ends...I love Dick Grayson as Nightwing, but Bruce Wayne should stay the only Batman. I will admit that seeing Damian as Nightwing would be good fun, though.

I personally wouldn't mind Cassandra being Nightwing, or like War Killer suggested, be Batgirl again along with Stephanie. I mean, it's the least DC can do instead of her doing nothing in Hong Kong.
