Although we have not seen much since his introduction in Batman and Robin #4 (pictured) could it be?
Oberon Sexton receives an eerie phone call from in Batman and Robin #6 (no picture found) and Sexton is referred to as 'Grave Digger', (Bruce Wayne dug himself out of a grave in Batman RIP). Could the 'little secret' this man is tormenting Sexton with be that he is Bruce Wayne??
In Batman and Robin #5 Sexton is seen on TV stating that the Red Hood is a name used by more than one villain. There are only a few who have that knowledge.
And in the preview's for Batman and Robin #10 we see that Sexton is tracking down a killer and is sharing his knowledge with Grayson. Sexton using his detective skills. Maybe Bruce's travels through time have made him want to work from the shadows even more, maybe Bruce is happy to watch Grayson from the sidelines and only have a limited role, maybe this is the NEW Batman Morrison keeps talking about.

Batman
Character » Batman appears in 23535 issues.
Bruce Wayne, who witnessed the murder of his billionaire parents as a child, swore to avenge their deaths. He trained extensively to achieve mental and physical perfection, mastering martial arts, detective skills, and criminal psychology. Costumed as a bat to prey on the fears of criminals, and utilizing a high-tech arsenal, he became the legendary Batman.
Is Oberon Sexton Bruce Wayne??
"It would be an appropriately insane thing to do after realizing the real Batman is no more. He has a tendency to become his opposite when that happens (Going Sane, The Dark Knight Returns etc.). "
Wow, that's an awsome theory
"His face was scarred by criminals who killed his wife".
Actually, now I'm more convinced than ever he is the Joker. He knows about Red Hood(s) and criminal activities in general. To me, it makes perfect sense; he has no Batman to challenge, so he becomes a vigilante himself.
Also, he doesn't look buff enought to be Bruce, IMO.

Dude, that is the best theory I've ever heard. You need to get that out there and make it public.
Alter ego's are world famous. you dont need to be seen in public to be world-known. Stephen king for example did the same thing, he wrote a book under a different name and then later told that it was him.
So, the joker wrote some book between two killing spree ?
By reading the ten issues of Batman and Robin again, I'm pretty sure it is Wayne. The fact that we see Sexton just after Damian says that bruce could be alive here and now and they don't know it yet because whatever happened changed him is probably a clue.
My sole contribution here is that Sexton as Wayne would be really, really pat. It would be too on-the-nose obvious.
"YOUI'd love for it to turn out that Sexton is a brand new character. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like Morrison wants to go down that road, lol

i was thinking that it is Bruce Wayne but he doesnt remember that he is Bruce Wayne or atleast suppoed to be Batman. At this point he wouldnt know who his own self was bc there is already a Bruce Wayne out the public eye and a batman. He would still have the same goals but basically someone has his public and secret identities. Dick or Tim will see who he is and they will try talk to him and make him remember who he is and who he is supposed to be.
at first i thought sexton was bruce but in issue ten he's using his detective skills and showing dick, i'm pretty sure dick knows bruce's style when it comes to being a detective, but that doesn't mean it can't be him because dick later says "i don't know what it is, but there's something...familiar about oberon sexton." which could be bruce wayne.
Yeah I have a feeling he may be the Joker, but he very possibly could be Bruce. The fact that the two characters are Yin and Yang, and that Joker has the varying personality could make sense, and he has the slim build. We shall have to wait and see I suppose but all shall be revealed in time
Will everyone call me an idiot for thinking Oberon might be Ra's Al Ghul?
I say this, but give me some leeway in that I don't remember when was the last time I saw Ra's.... I believe it was Batman & Son? He was trying to harvest a new body, he wanted Damian's?
Grant has said that all his books are basically 5 parts of his Batman saga. With Batman & Son being part 1, doesn't it seem logical that at some point, Ra's has a big role since it started with him?
The Demon's Head:
Hates crimes, has interest in Damian, seems familiar to Dick, has money and resources, and is also looking for Bruce…
All over the place I keep reading definition for 'Oberon' and 'Sexton'.... The king of faires, keeper of the graves? Um... the Demon Head, keeper of the Lazarus pit???
no i mean ithe grave digger and batman to me arent that far off from one another when it comes to choosing a secret identity. I definitely think that he is Bruce also even Alfred thinks he seems familiar. But now they are talking about Bruces father actually being alive so he might be Sexton i dont think so tho i think that is crap writing too to bring his dad back after that is part of the reason he became batman.
" Although we have not seen much since his introduction in Batman and Robin #4 (pictured) could it be?You have a great point there! Maybe Bruce wants to see his adopted ward be a detective and find out where Bruce got stuck in time and how?

I know my theory doesn't hold much water, but it didn't seem too far off either, but even I doubt my own theory to be honest.
All I'm saying is if it ends up being Bruce or Bruce's father, then that's pretty lame.... I'm just glad no one thinks its Alfred. LOL.
Based on the last scan from above (I'm playing catch up everyone, I just read B&R #8), if it is Bruce, then he's using Hush to draw out the killer he's tracking.
" seems more like Hush or Jason Todd "I said Todd the minute I saw him. The red glasses give it away.
I like the theory about the Riddler as the 'Batman' title has an upcoming 2 story arc involving the Riddler which leads right into Batman #700 by Grant Morrison. Maybe Batman #700 will tie the 'Batman' title with the 'Batman and Robin' title and we will have our answer.
I'm still betting on Bruce though as I think its cool that he got hit by the Omega Sanction and returned like a few months later but to him it was like a few years stuck in the past and he thought you know what I'm gonna put my feet up for a bit but still check in on Dick.
