Personally, I think he did better with Dick and Tim (even though Drake had a real father to help with that) than with Jason (though he's problematic by himself hehe) and Damian. Though I believe he loves each one of them as a father would.

he doesn't really know how to be a father......obviously he lacks that for a reason......but he does know how to be a good person and dependable .....thats good enough
