The game isn't even out yet and we already have DLC confirmed! Today Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and DC Entertainment announced the season pass for the upcoming fighting game. Why buy it, you ask? First and foremost, it'll give you a Flashpoint skin pack for Aquaman (which we've previously seen), Deathstroke and Wonder Woman. Additionally, you'll receive the game's first four DLC characters.

It'll cost $14.99 through PSN or 1200 Microsoft Points on XBLA and is available when the game launches on April 16. Viners, who do you think the downloadable characters are? My fingers are crossed for Martian Manhunter! Are you going to get the season pass or do you think it isn't worth it? Speak your mind below.

NOT for withholding content released at the same time just to squeeze extra money from us, and replace the satisfaction of the challenge based unlockables.

I'm wary of season passes after buying the Assassins Creed 3 pass when I got the game at launch. After beating AC 3, I was so disappointed in the game that I have no desire to put it in my console. So I paid 30 bucks for dlc that I haven't even downloaded yet. So I'll wait and see after playing the game. :/

@The Mighty Monarch: The content isn't done though, those additional fighters are what the devs will be working on while the game is off to certification and after the initial release.

As I'm getting incredibly tired of DLC, I was going to bitch about having to buy more stuff after buying the game, but $15 for all that isn't really all that bad when compared to some others.

$15 for Season Pass, that price seems just perfect. Specially after looking at the cost of other season passes.

totally gonna get the season pass, but i hope it comes with the Arkham City and Blackest Night packs, mostly the Arkham City pack. my 4 DLC hopefuls are Power Girl, Black Canary, Starfire and Cheetah. Ev Starling of BoP would probably be a kick ass fighter in the game but I won't hold my breath. all women because at the moment there's only 5 or 6 women characters compared to the 17 male characters. very pleased with the roster otherwise

If Injustice's season pass is anything like Mortal Kombat's season pass, what this means is that the four characters are NOT available all at once, but one or 2 per quarter, or every other month, or something like that.

This season pass is exactly the same price and offering that MK's season pass was. What I'm apprehensive about is that after the first MK Season Pass and DLC, Netherealm never made anymore DLC for MK, which was superbly disappointing consider how fun MK actually was and how awesome the Freddy Krueger DLC was.

For a new game with a treasure trove of DC characters to pull from, I would seriously hope Netherealm has more than just 4 additional characters planned for the future.

How cool would beast boy and starfire be? or animal man. I hope they add more girls to the roster. but if those are the silhouettes i guess i can rule that out as a possibility lol sooo buying this though

With Nightwing, Cyborg and Raven in the game, I'd love for Beast Boy to be in the mix as well. Tho his powers might be hard to translate into a side by side fighter game.

I like DLC when it's done right. Harley Quinn's Revenge was 90% DLC done right (playability as Robin through the whole city would've made it perfect). When DLC is a true expansion, not enough to be a full sequel, but enough to be considered a follow-up/continuation, THEN it's perfectly legitimate. It's one of the advantages of the new era of gaming. It's just that TOO many companies just take advantage of the system to exploit extra money out of us by withholding content for extra money instead of giving us true extras.

Damn....Flashpoint Wonder Woman is pretty awesome...still probably won't pick this game up until it's $40 or less.

DLC should be about improving a game and keeping it relevant (like the Harley's revenge DLC), not bleeding gamers for that extra $15.

Well I've already ordered the boxed super special edition or whatever so why the hell not.

I'm still hoping for Swamp Thing and Animal Man, the other 2 idk, Black Canary and Zatanna would be awesome! Or Darkseid and Orion would also be nice!

This isnt the same thing though, this is a season pass, which means none of these characters are finished yet and probably couldnt be put in the full game

It's a bit of waste of money but it looks better than the season pass for Ops 2 which cost another $50. So it's much cheaper than that game the 4 other characters I'm hoping for is Power Girl, Martian Manhunter and Dr Fate and Bizarro.

If only extra thing were free, I don't mind. I don't see why it matters, don't you want that extra stuff? If DLC wasn't available games wouldn't make more money, look at this way. They do u a favor, you pay them for it. Anyways

@Kneepawn: in the injustice action action toy Flash was next to a male silhouette but it turned out to be Raven so thier is a chance that one or more of these silhouettes are females.

She better, I still find it weird that she didn't make the initial roster, because in my mind I thought she would've been a shoe in. Maybe there saving the ones people have been clamoring for for DLC, because they know people will kick out the dough for said characters.
