Now I think everyone knows my feelings when it comes to Hush, but does anyone here view him favourably? If so then why?
Batman
Character » Batman appears in 23645 issues.
Bruce Wayne, who witnessed the murder of his billionaire parents as a child, swore to avenge their deaths. He trained extensively to achieve mental and physical perfection, mastering martial arts, detective skills, and criminal psychology. Costumed as a bat to prey on the fears of criminals, and utilizing a high-tech arsenal, he became the legendary Batman.
Hush,does anyone like him?
When Loeb introduced him as an enemy, it seemed he had some potential. Don't know what happened after that, cause everyone lost interest. I guess bad writing or it wasn't meant. Perhaps, he was an interesting enemy for that arc, but he doesn't have anything else to show...Don't know.

I liked him in the Gotham Knights story in which he punched Talia in the face, but the eponymous storyline that introduced him left me cold to him regarding his personality and motivation. Once I'll read through his material in context I'll be better suited to properly respond. As it stands, I'm on the fence.
And Slade just stood there, clearly he was afraid of Tommy.
I hated Hush Returns.
Slade had a kick out seeing Hush beating Talia.@Morpheus_ said:

Nah Slade did'nt want to piss Tommy.
I liked Hush when I thought he was Jason Todd. I liked Hush when he rocked the bandage look. Not a fan of the look alike Bruce Wayne Hush though.

Yeah I was glad when Jane Doe skinned his face,no more Bruce wannabe.

I think that the concept of the character is good, ie him being the opposite of Batman with guns. But, not especially no.
I also dig the concept, though I've always liked Hush. From his introduction to his later appearances he's been cemented as one of my favorite Batman villains.

I've actually enjoyed him in every facet.
I personally see a lot of potential in him, still. But mostly I think that he's a lot like Anarky, a villain who was hyped up a little too soon for a period of time but who will inevitably fall into mediocrity. He's lucky for being the central villain in one of the most popular Batman story-lines. And I personally liked Heart of Hush (mainly because I'm a sucker for Bruce and Selina's relationship). But I he'll be outshone by other figures like Jason Todd, James Gordon Jr., and Doctor Hurt.
Hush is more awesome than Bane ;p
He has a lot of potential as a villain. Because he knows Batman's identity he's one of his fiercest villains. He is wealthy, or was anyways. He's been involved in awesome stories such as Hush and Heart of Hush. He is different from the other villains in Gotham. He mutters lines from Aristotle.
I liked the black/red "dictator" robin outfit that he wore, but besides that, he was rather bland post Hush. Bruce already has an arch-nemesis, in the form of the Joker. Batman has already got a polar opposite in the form of Prometheus. Tommy was trying too hard to be the best of both worlds.

Maybe in bizzaro world LOL
He was damn menacing in Arkham City. That is the only time I've ever liked him.
No ... wait, I liked him when he tore Selina Kyle's heart out of her chest.

Nope sorry, the idiot made a master plan against Batman and it was all foiled by Jane lol.

I like the story but I really don't care about the character. I hated him in GCS, so... meh.

This, the guy was awesome but what he did in "Heart of Hush" was too bastard, with that he lost his dignity (at least for me)

Don't have any scans but I know it happened in "Batman: Streets of Gotham".

So are you twelling me that is not normal?
That is how all my dates end.
I think Hush is just plain annoying.
I don't know. There's just something about him that really gets on my nerves.
I thought Loeb's story that introduced Hush was just alright, but I've loved all of Dini's Hush stories so far (I've only just started reading his run on Streets of Gotham).
The character itself I like even though the backstory might be a little dodgy (he's angwee because he had to wait for his inheritance - why didn't he just make another murder attempt on his mom after Thomas Wayne saved her?). They just maybe went kind of silly with him after the first story (I kind of liked Heart of Hush, though). Maybe the third Arkham game will pull him back..?
@entropy_aegis: Hush as Loeb wrote it (talking about the character not the story) is not a great and interesting vilain. But what Paul Dini managed with him is awsom : Heart of Hush and Streets of Gotham are must reads.
