    It's not really realistic considering how his able to move in it. But it's not ridiculously fake either.

    @modernww2fare: because armour like that, with such a big cape would slow you down by a lot. But Batman in Arkham still moves at such a fast pace.

    Its a suit that isn't any thicker than a regular shirt yet still remains bulletproof and gives Batman complete mobility and flexibility despite being so tight that we can see all of his muslces clearly. The look isn't unrealistic, its the suit's functions and abilities.
