to be honest i've only ever seen a couple of good Harley Quinn dolls...

some of the best can be found over at Tonner...

http://www.tonnerdoll.com/dcstars.htm

but by far the best one i've ever seen is over at Ironcowprod...

http://www.ironcowprod.com/

unfortunately the website is currently down for maintenance, but will probably be up again in a few days time...

you can also find some good ones over at Starstore...

http://www.starstore.com

like these two beauties...

I'll keep a look out for a full leather outfit one for you though, but if you have any further details on it, that would help a lot :D

right...

we have a slight problem here...

the model you are after, is actually a custom build by a quite famous member of the resin build circuit...

Harleen is made from an Abbey Chase figure, superficially modified with Dremel and epoxy putty. I shortened her shins to make her more in scale with other DC Direct figures.

And here is a comparison shot with the rather impressive official offering from DC direct.

now, you can find most of Glorbe's work here...

http://www.thefwoosh.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=12823&start=0&postdays=0&postorder=asc&highlight=

and he has been known to do custom builds for people in the past... so you could always try contacting him to see if you could get a copy of the statue...

his blogspot is the best place to contact him probably...

http://glorbes.blogspot.com/

but you could always try his Fwoosh profile as well...

http://www.thefwoosh.com/forum/profile.php?mode=viewprofile&u=1140

or his public e~mail...

bross@accesswave.ca

but aside from that, don't know what else you could do...

custom builds are notoriously hard to come across, and this guys work is amazing, good luck in tracking him down to do one for you :D
