Go listen to the Fat Man on Batman on itunes. Episode 29 has Geoff Johns on and and at 37:30 he says,"the Rock- like they're just so good". It seems like he was about to let it slip that Rocksteady is working on the next arkham game. There has been some rumors going around that Rocksteady would not be working on the next Arkham game so this little snippit does hint at the rumor not being true. It's far from confirmation but, I can't help but feel a little relieved that Rocksteady will hopefully be returning to their world instead of leaving it to another studio.
