Batman says,, "'I won't kill you, but I don't have to save you," then leaves Ras knowing the odds of Ras surviving the crash is very slim. So he knew that he was not going to make it, and this is kinda like him killing....sort of?

Nope, if I see someone about to be eaten by a bear and don't warn him, doesn't mean I killed him, the bear killed him.

What if the only reason the Bear is there, is because you put it there in the first place?

@silent_bomber: Batman didn't put Ra's on the train, he was already there. And Gordon was the one who blew it up.

Who gave Gordon the tumbler and told him to blow up the monorail beams? who knew the monorail was going to collapse as a result and left Ra's to die? it's like being in a zoo with someone and letting a bear out of it's cage so it can attack that person while you just watch even though you could've prevented that

Funniest thing was when he was ordered to kill the dude in the League of Shadows base, refused, started a fight, and then blew up the base and killed everyone in it most likely including the dude he just refused to kill LOL.

yes he did kill Ra's. Batman is a hero and his code dosnt allow him to pick and choose who he saves and dosnt save everyone is under his protection so for him to let someone die is just as bad as if he killed them himself. I mean just check out Batman's reaction after he finds out Dick let Tarancula kill Blockbuster

Based on everything we had seen from Ras up to that point, he honestly should have been able to save himself.

That said, he is guilty of manslaughter at most.

No batman did not kill him. He did not blow up the train tracks, did not put ras on the train, and did not make it so that the train couldn't stop. If you really want to blame someone blame Gordon but it's really ras' own fault

There weren't any babies in the genesis chamber. With the codex, there could have been babies in there but at the time there weren't any of them.

Again, it seems like intent is the thing in question here, cause he didn't actually push Two Face (well, THIS one at least) and make him fall, he indirectly caused him to slip with those coins.

The concept of "kill" or "murder" is more complicated than I realized recently.

Is it considered "killing" if I choose not to help a person who will clearly die without help? Some laws will state that depending on the scenario, it is considered killing.

Is it considered "killing" if I choose to tackle a person in a dangerous position that resulted in his death without the intent to kill?

    etc etc

Clearly, from most countries' laws, Batman of the Nolan movies did kill, just that he did it in ways when its absolutely necessary. As much as fanboys hated it, their idea of Batman is not theirs to write. Batman of the comics did kill in times of absolute necessity.

Bruce doesn't deny that he killed Ra's when Talia says that he 'murdered' him. In fact, he uses his plan of destroying Gotham as justification.

Ra's al ghul was guilty if he did not wanted to die he could have apologized to batman and said i want to change my ways plz help me i will not kill anyone else. he did not . batman could have saved him but he chose not to do so because batman knew he would not change at all. and if he was going to he could have told him so.
