    Right off the top of my head Batman V1.00 had some and also the first arc of Legends of the Dark Knight. I'll scan some later.

    Here are a few I was able to find really quick.

    All of the 0 issues happened during the Zero Hour event when lots of origins were retold. Batman 404 is part of Frank Miller's Year One story arc, which if you haven't read it, you need to.

    Also I don't think this is really what you're looking for but I think it is a great look into what makes Bruce tick. From Batman Tenses Number 2:

    what are the page after those shown in shadow of the bat 0. the two middle pics. it looks like there going to show some of his training.

    @done85hot: Those are the two from Detective Comics 0, I was also thinking about the last arc in Batman Confidential ("Super Powers" issues 50-54), but that was really controversial. Like I said I know of lots of stuff with his training regimens, but not that many before he put on the suit.
