Are you seriously asking this? It's probably the best Batman book of all time, IMO. If you don't think it's the best, it's AT LEAST essential reading for Batman.
It's good, but it could have been better. It kinda of looks in to Batman's head and explores the way he thinks. Not as good as Batman: Year One, or JLA: Tower of Babel. Those are my favorite batman stories.
