Batman's greatest foe is himself

Scarecrow scared me to hell, I've got to say him. Before the movie I always thought him more of a campy character, but lord, he terrified me.

Catwomen wasn't really a villain, more like an anti-hero.

Joker > Ra's > Two Face > Scarecrow > Bane > Talia

You burned my house and left me for dead consider us even.

...Why is Catwoman even on here? She's an anti-hero who's definitely leaning towards the side of justice and light.

Its Bane DUH! The only one to actually fight Batman and whooped his 4$$. I mean his voice was epic.

Bane. He was a calculated strategist and a fierce fighter.

Talia slept with Bruce, got him to like her, give her control of his company and the whole time she's the one running Bane and the whole show! Conniving, evil chick and she hit that? Best villain by far.

Ra's was my favorite overall. Liked him more than Joker even. (Crazy right?)

Bane was the second worst.

The Scarecrow and Ras are amazing.

The best was either Ra's or Bane. I voted Bane, but he barely beats Ra's.

Scarecrow was awesome though, just not the best.

I don't really consider Catwoman a villain in the Nolan trilogy. But I did like her portrayal as an anti-hero. And if this is asking my preferred character rather than favorite villain, I'd probably put her up top.

Bane because of they turned him into the dopplegenger Batman and treated him almost as a myth up until the very end when it was all revealed.

Like the third film, Bane is full of holes. :)

I like Ra's al Ghul. I find it interesting that he's pretty much how Batman would be if he went too far, seeing how they have the same training. Bane's really cool, too, but his voice was hard to understand at times. Talia was also great because of how she was the puppet master who pulled all the strings in Bane's plan, but they picked a terrible actress to play as her. That was the worst death scene ever...

Bruce was.

He didn't die a hero, he lived long enough to see himself become a villian.

Ra's, Liam Neeson was great and had so many brilliant lines

But I like Mister Freeze for the Non-Nolan "Batman and Robin". That movie was so bad, it's a classic.
