Batman scans his suit and finds weaknesses and takes him down. Or he throws small explosives or smoke bombs at him. I'm sure something in that belt will work. Batman can probably withstand a hit from iron man because he's taken hits from stronger people. And his suit can withstand lasers gunfire and acid so it can probably withstand his fire power too

Well on the Batman forum, what do you expect but votes for Batman!

Its an intruiging battle this one, because without prep, Batman could get toasted by one of Iron Mans repulsor rays, or the various weapons he has in his suit. On the face of it he appears to be outgunned. However, Iron Man 3 showed how weak Iron can be against the wrong kind of opponent and I'm sure Batman would soon work out a way of frying his electrical circuits or something similar. So, I went for Batman too.
