What if Batman, during one of his many nightly patrols, encounters a situation where an innocent man is about to be killed in front of his child and he is just a second too late to prevent it. In his desperation to stop it, however, he suddenly rewinds time by a few seconds, and manages to make the save.

He realizes he now has the ability to rewind time to a limited degree, only a few minutes at most, but still.

Batman basically now has all the powers of Maxine Cauffield from the Life is Strange game series. And yes, that includes the picture thing from Episode III, though he'd have to figure that out on his own.
